San Mateo is a an elegant 4½ star Mediterranean style medium rise 8 level building with 29 apartments consisting of 1xbedroom Apts, 2xbedroom Family Apts and 2xbedroom 2xbathroom Penthouse apartments. Most apartments have ocean views. 1xbedroom apartments have a queen bed and foldout sofa, 2xbedroom Family apartments have a queen bed and two single beds and 2xbed 2xbath Penthouse apartments vary but some have a queen bed, double bed and a single bed while others have a queen and two single beds. All apartments are fully self contained. The modern full size kitchens are equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, bench oven, hotplates and grill. The laundry contains a washing machine and tumble dryer. Colour remote control television with free Foxtel is available in all apartments. All linen, bath towels, soap and starter tea/coffee/milk are supplied. Centrally located 1 block back from the patrolled beach between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach and a short stroll along the beach promenade to the shopping centres and cafes. Also handy to Jupiters Casino and Gold Coast Convention Centre. Please note that property does not accept bookings made with the same day arrivals after 5pm.
Child Policy
Rates are for 2 people in a one bedroom apartment or 4 people in a 2 bedroom Family or a Penthouse apartment. Maximum occupancy is 3 in a one bedroom, 5 in a 2xbedroom Family or 6 in a Penthouse apartment. Additional persons are charged at $20-00 per person per night. Please specify number of adults and number of children staying.
Car Parking
Security car parking is offered in our underground car park for guests, free of charge. Visitors off street parking area is also available.

Take a leisurely stroll along the boardwalk by the beach to the shops or restaurants at Broadbeach. Short walk to the Broadbeach Restaurant and Shopping district, close to the Casino and Convention Centre.Theme park tickets are available at our on site tour desk as are many other day trips and tours.
