(Cream curved building 10 stories high) just before the next street - Elkhorn Avenue.From the Gold Coast Highway travel over the Southport Bridge and then veer left into Surfers precinct area. Turn left into Elkhorn Avenue, (just past the Holiday Inn at the traffic lights) and then turn right at the traffic lights onto The Esplanade. The Sands is the second building on the right across from the beach.
